Whole Wheat Banana Bread



Ingredients:


Whole Wheat Flour - 2 Cup

Baking Powder - 2 Tsp

Baking Soda - 1 Tsp

Salt - 1/4 Tsp

Sugar - 3/4 Cup

Butter - 1/2 Cup

Mashed Ripe Banana - 2-3

Milk - 1/2 Cup

Vinegar - 2 Tsp

Method:


1) Preheat oven to  350° F or 175° C.

2) In a bowl take butter and beat well. Add Sugar and beat again for couple of min. till mixture is fluffy.

3) Add milk and vinegar and mix well.



4) In another bowl mix flour, baking powder and baking soda and salt.



5) Add butter mixture and mashed banana to flour mixture and mix it.

6) Grease the loaf pan and pour the batter in it.



5) Bake for 55-60 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.



6) Let it cool for 15 min. and then serve.
