Preparation Time - 15 Min Cooking Time - 7 min Yield - 20 Ladu
Ingredients:
Urad dal (Coverless) - 2 Cup
Ground Sugar - 1 Cup (Firmly packed)
Ghee - 3/4 Cup
Cashew nuts - 2 Tbsp
Almonds - 2 Tbsp
Pistachio - 1 Tbsp
Cardamom powder - 1/4 Tsp
Method:
1) Dry roast urad dal till golden brown in color.
2) Let it cool and grind it to fine powder.
3) Heat ghee in pan add cashew nuts and almonds and immediately add urad flour.
4) Fry for 4-5 min on low flame. Switch off stove and let it cool for 5 min.
5) Add sugar and cardamom powder and mix well.
That's quite healthy and taesty.....!!! Will surely try it. And ohhh yes off course many many happy returns of the day....!! As its vasubaras today.
