Flax Seed Chutney/ Javas Chutney

Ingredients :


Flax seeds(javas) - 1 Cup

Sesame seeds - 1 Tbsp (Optional)

Garlic - 6 Cloves

Cumin seeds - 1 Tsp

Salt - To taste

Red chili powder - to taste

Method:


1) Dry roast flax seeds and sesame seeds for 10 mins on low flame. At the end add cumin seeds and let it cool.

2) Grind together flax seeds, sesame seeds, garlic, salt and red chili powder.

3) Serve with bhakri and onion slice.
