Stuffed Capsicum

Preparation Time - 10 Min                      Cooking Time - 35 Min                     Serves - 4

Ingredients:


Green Capsicum - 1

Red Capsicum - 1

For Stuffing :

Onion - 2 Tbsp

Boiled potato - 1

Sprouted moth or moong - 1/4 Cup

Cilantro - 1 Tbsp

Red chili powder - 1/4 Tsp

Chaat masala - 1/2 Tsp

Salt - to taste

Method:


1) Preheat oven to 350° F or 175° C.

2) Cut capsicum in half, remove seeds and keep aside.

3) In a bowl mix all stuffing ingredients and fill in capsicum. Add paneer and cheese if you like.



4) Bake in preheated oven for 35 min. and serve. You can eat it with rice too.
