Preparation Time - 30 Min Yield - 20 Ladoo
Ingredients:
Rava - 1 Cup
Sugar - 3/4 Cup
Shredded coconut - 1/4 Cup
Ghee(Clarified butter) - 1 Tbsp
Crushed almond - 2 Tbsp
Raisins - 2 Tbsp
Cardamom powder - 1/4 Tsp
Milk - 1/4 Cup
Method:
1) Heat ghee in a pan add almonds and saute for half a min.
2) Add rava and fry till light golden in color around for 10 min on low flame.
3) Let it cool for 10 min and add coconut, sugar, cardamom powder and raisins and mix well.
4) Add 1-2 tsp of milk at a time and try to make a ball. Do not add all milk at a time, add as required starting at one corner. Do not hard press the mixture in hand while making ladoo else it will break.
5) These ladoo can be stored for 4-5 days at room temp. and up to 10 days if refrigerated.

I have tried it .........it just requires 20 minute..........
